Shri N. N. Dubey Ji is widely respected for his fearless service to the nation and his leadership in several high-risk counter-terrorism operations. During his distinguished career, he played a pivotal role in neutralizing some of the most dangerous terrorists threatening India’s internal security, including key operatives of the Jaish-e-Mohammad terror network such as Ghazi Baba. His extraordinary courage, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to national security earned him the prestigious Kirti Chakra, one of India’s highest gallantry awards.

The remarkable life and service of Shri N. N. Dubey Ji have also inspired mainstream Indian cinema. His counter-terror operations form the basis of the film Ground Zero, starring Emraan Hashmi in the lead role. The film brings to light the courage, sacrifice, and operational challenges faced by India’s security forces and stands as a tribute to officers like Shri Dubey Ji who dedicate their lives to the nation’s safety.
